With the theme of “Upcyclying”, Social Innovation Challenge 2017, a pitching competition, provides chance for participants to test their idea and gain exposure.

Application method:
1. Enroll and pay the application fee HK$100 (Deadline: 21 Dec 2016)
2. Send a 10-page PowerPoint about your business for screening to sic@hkfyg.org.hk (Deadline: 31 Dec 2016)

Application Fee: HK$100 (included Startup clinic)

Content & Key Date:

- Startup clinic: 28-29 Dec 2016
(Applicants will be provided a 30mins clinic time with professional mentors for improving their business plan and idea!)
- Final interview: 24 Jan 2017, at Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre

Eligibility:
- Age: A majority of the team aged 35 or below on the deadline of application (30/11/2016)
- Company: 1yr to 3yrs in establishment, Startups endeavors in creative reuse or repurpose of materials/space/services (Upcycling).

Innovation and Creativity 10%
Presentation Skills 10%

- Chance to meet investors
- Free office space
 - Champion – 6 months hot desk
